Your Instructor
Ceciley Hallman is the founder of BE WISE The Movement and BE WISE Magazine. She spend 3 summers as an Especially For Youth Counselor where she worked with teens ages 14-18. She currently works as the head youth advocate at the local high school where she strives to help students recognize their own worth while fighting for their success. She graduated from the University of Utah where she studied Sociology, Art Education and Photography. She is passionate about helping others recognize their worth and she has dedicated most of her life to this cause.
